Michael Latino comes to TARC as the director of the Hammond Knights Foundation, a fundraising organization that has helped support many non-profits in our community, including TARC.
A longtime supporter of the organization, Latino’s family has also had the opportunity to receive services from the agency which works with people who have disabilities and their families.

We wanted Matthew to be in an inclusive daycare setting because we wanted him to know that there are children with special needs that are actually no different than him.”
