We are working to promote the general welfare of children and adults in
the Florida Parishes, fostering and developing programs and services for
individuals with special needs, serving as an advocate for families, gathering
and dispersing information, cooperating with all public and private providers in
furtherance of these goals, aiding parents as it relates to individual challenges,
and providing support and education while encouraging maximum growth through quality services.
Annual Knights of Columbus Benefit Raffle
11th Annual Benefit set for Saturday, Oct. 17, 2009.
Join us at the Knights of Columbus Hall #2952 in Hammond. Enjoy the
social hour starting at 5:00 p.m. Dinner beings at 6:30 p.m. with take out 6:00 p.m.
A $100 Ticket will get you Hospitality Hour with Wine & Cheese, Rib
Eye Dinner with all the trimmings for two people, an opportunity to meet new friends and socialize
with old friends, a chance to “WIN” $10,000.00 Grand Prize, and two chances to WIN $500.00
prize money.
The proceeds will benefit TARC, Options, Special Olympics and Northlake

3rd Annual Chili Challenge
Saturday, Nov. 7, 2009 – NABORS Northshore Area Board of Realtors)
Join us for this fun afternoon and benefit TARC & STARC. The event is open to
open to the general public from 11:00 a.m. til 3:00 p.m.—great family outing.
Theta Xi Alumni Club 1st Annual “Scramble for TARC” Golf Tournament.
Event set for Friday, Nov. 13, 2009 at Carter Plantation.
The tournament Entry Fee is $150 per person. This is a four man scramble.
Winning Team wins $500 cash prize donated by Bell Foods. The entry fee includes: Green Fees,
Golf Shirts for each player, and Dinner – Appetizer, Entrée (USDA Choice Ribeyes), Dessert
and drinks. Beverages are available to players all day, beer, sodas and bottled water along
with snacks. Three self serve stations, shrimp trays and gumbo.
Non-participating Golfers can attend and eat the dinner for $50.
