TARC is funded by state and federal dollars. However, the funds received for services provided fall extremely short to the actual costs of service delivery.

We rely on individual and corporate donations to keep things together. Approximately 11% of our budget comes from people like you! Thanks!

TARC was established in 1958 as a support group for families who had children with Developmental Disabilities. In 1973 , TARC began providing services. We are established and have expertise in working with people of all ages with various disabilities.
